Counseling Services

I provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients struggling with the following issues: 

  • Eating disorders and the full range of disordered eating (e.g., anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, chronic dieting, etc.)

  • Body image struggles

  • Self-compassion and self-identity work

  • Anxiety and depressive disorders

  • General women’s wellness and stress management issues

The cost of a fifty-minute initial intake session is $175. Subsequent individual fifty-minute sessions are $160.  I accept cash, check or credit card. Please note that session time limits include therapeutic discussion/activities, scheduling, payment, and paperwork. Although I do not accept insurance at this time, I will provide receipts for you or your loved one to seek reimbursement on your own.

Client Documents:

New clients are asked to print, complete, and bring all 4 sets of documents provided below to their first session. Dr. Ciepcielinski will discuss the forms and answer any questions regarding the forms at that time.
