As we head into summer, I wanted to share some of the ways we can work together - and a few exciting things on the horizon. ☀️

Earlier on in my career, the conventional approach to helping a child with eating struggles was more of a “my way or the highway” and a “one-size-fits-all” type of style… And don’t get me wrong, eating issues can
Diet culture tells women:

Together, they create a moving target you can never quite hit.

Highly linked with disordered eating, depression, and anxiety, these thought spirals can feel like they’re slowly taking over your life.
